The Monkey Mind is a Buddhist term. Meaning: Unsettled, restless, indecisive, uncontrollable, whimsical, capricious, confused. The Impact Allowing the Monkey Mind to jump around untamed in your head has a big impact on your wellbeing and your success. It can create havoc, you can’t think straight with thoughts spinning around, you feel unfocused & unsettled. Your mind becomes jumbled, confused which causes frustration, stress & feeling overwhelmed & anxious. Lacking purpose & direction, feeling lost and shaking your confidence levels.
