The Details
Circle time every day, with expert guidance, with a mix of activations, mediation, yoga, and relaxation exercises. All designed to help you create more freedom, connection, joy, love and abundance!!
Discovering this magical and mysterious land. With a mixture of fun, adventure and peaceful excursions, forest bathing in one of the ancient beech forests, a sacred forest dedicated to Jupiter. Biking along the stunning Adriatic Coast, with it's hidden coves and crystal clear waters. Visiting the Wolf Centre, with the possibility of seeing the wolves. Kayaking on the clearest river in Europe and the most beautiful river in Abruzzo. Exploring ancient sites/ruins/castles, and medieval hilltop towns.
Each day, free time allows for your choice of reflection, resting, exploring, walking or possibly swimming, you have the option to add a massage (massage will be an additional cost) running…
Excursions are inclusive and designed to create fun, laughter, adventure or deepen the teachings to create transformation.

Is set in total peace and tranquillity, and set to the highest standard, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and private bathrooms. With a choice of two singles or king sized beds and a choice of ensuite bedrooms or private apartments. Surrounded by the lush green beautiful countryside and stunning views. With a pool area and terrace, and plenty of privacy. Its a very peaceful and tranquil area to sit by yourself and reflect or just soak up the atmosphere.

Food and Drinks
You will experience some of the best local eateries and restaurants, with an abundance of local and seasonal ingredients, all dishes are made with love and all previously checked out and quality controlled by myself!! (It's a tough job but someone has to do it!!). Gluten free and vegetarian options are available.
Teas, coffee, fruit juices and water, as well as healthy snacks will be available in your accommodation.
Water will always be available for you.
Non alcoholic drinks are included with meals.
Alcohol
Although it is better for you to avoid alcohol on retreat, I know for some of you, you may really enjoy a glass of vino, especially being here in Italy, so a bottle of wine for the table will also be included with dinner, free of judgement!!

- International or National Flights
