Coaching and Mentoring Sessions
Your Personal Coaching Programme is as long or as short as you need it to be. It is totally dependent on where you are in your journey or the result you want to achieve. I highly recommend a minimum of six sessions.
Most clients have either weekly or bi-weekly sessions for usually between 3 to 12 months. But if you have a specific topic you wish to resolve this may only require six sessions.
Coaching sessions are 60-75 mins and are one-to-one with me, through online video or face-to-face. Clients have found the video recordings invaluable, allowing them to see reactions which they wouldn’t usually see and giving them a deeper understanding.
Programmes may start as weekly sessions then scale back to bi-weekly or even monthly sessions.
